THE CONCEPT OF APPRENTICESHIP

The Delhi School of Communication is the only institute of its kind that has introduced the concept of apprenticeship as part of the regular curriculum towards awarding a full time Post-Graduate Diploma in Communication.

Each student at DSC undergoes two apprenticeships in any one of the following fields - media marketing, journalism, advertising, public relations and market research.

The students will spend half a While mornings are devoted to classroom study, the afternoon (from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p. m) is spent working as regular apprentices with leading organisations in the industry. This allows the student to develop a unique blend of theory and practice and enables them to acquire and add a high degree of value enhancement to his or her profile in various critical ways.
